Gates are built on-site at our Vasse factory, using only quality materials, to ensure longevity and satisfaction in your gate purchase. Standard designs utilise 35, 60 or 100mm slats but don’t hesitate to discuss your design ideas should you have something else in mind, design your gates to suit your taste, your home and your budget.
Predominantly working with aluminium and when necessary steel, we work closely with the customer to build gates to meet their exact needs. We also supply the full range of Knotwood product, to get that timber look with zero maintenance. Where requested Blue Tongue Garage gates are powder coated using Interpon and Color Bond Powder Coating for superior strength and corrosion resistance.
Sliding Gates are typically fabricated using 50x50x3mm frames and 100x50x3mm bottom rail, with a design pattern to be specified. Sliding gates can be built up to 2m high and 8m long, and require a 200mm wide x 350 deep concrete footing for full length of gate. All concreting is done in-house to ensure best price and highest quality.
Swing gates, can be either single or double leaf, and up to 2m high and 6m wide. We use the highest quality fully adjustable hinges, should the gates require realignment.
Gate Posts are required on either side of the gate and we can assist in the selection of appropriate post size and material, along with gate hardware to suit the size and weight of the gates.
